- The lastest Moster engines in production include the updated Airbox and the updated exhaust with 4 springs / 50hr bushing.
- Vittorazi does not include a prop spacer or prop bolts with their engines due to the many propeller and spacer combinations that are currently available on the market. Our recommended propeller/prop spacer and prop/propeller bolts are linked below. This bolt(s) and spacer combination will work with Helix, Gravity, Glidersports and E-Prop brand propellers.

Moster 185 Silent MY20
The Moster 185 Silent MY20 is the basic version of the Plus, much appreciated by those who love a straightforward structure, simplified to the maximum, where the weight to power ratio is optimized at the highest levels. In order to boost reliability, we have added the pull starter system already in use on our Plus and Factory selection. This system is ideal for a simpler starting of the engine.

Moster 185 Silent.
This version, besides offering the excellent and universally acknowledged characteristics of Moster 185 Classic, is enriched by the new muffler “Silent”, which has been specially designed for Moster 185 Plus.
The structure of this engine, as for the “Classic” version, is simple, streamlined and compact. The complete weight of the engine is 13.6 kgs in pull starter version, the installation “plug&play” is very fast and simple on every cage. The thermic group is cooled with the air generated by the extraction flow of the propeller, in direct transmission with the crankshaft.
The motor develop a power of 25hp at 7.800 rpm,is particularly suitable for a weights pilot paramotor or? trike between 100 and 160 Kgs (200 to 350 pounds). The engine`s not been studied for the tandem use or for a take off weight over 160 kgs. The thrust is regular, smooth, gentle up to reach 75 kgs (165 pounds) with a 130 cms (51 inches) propeller or 70 kgs (155 pounds) with 122 cms (48 inches) propeller.
The motor starts on the ground or during the flight in unique way considering the capacity 185cc and avoid the installation of the decompressor valve. The vibrations are almost imperceptible on every speed, while the distribution of the weights and the dimensions of the motor, reduce the torque effect given from the propeller.
The motor has been studied for getting a limited noise, attenuated by airbox, from the belt transmission, from a good silencer in anodized aluminum with “Db-Killer” device and from the choice of the best propellers. The consumption of this motor is about 4,3-4,7 liters/hour considering a cruise flight.
Thanks to the use of the membrane carburetor Walbro, the motor maintains a constant engine idle speed, also changing the inclination in flight or in preparation to the take-off. The Moster 185 cannot be mounted upside down or rotated 90?. It can also be supplied with extractable and interchangeable pulley, so can be used with different measures of propellers. It is available with components optional in carbon fiber, chromed or anodized.

Its total black dress is what catches your attention at first: the black castings, transmission, head, and exhaust pipe convey elegance and determination, and these black elements are the background to details in bright orange, the Vittorazi?s brand representative color.
- new carbon fiber silencer: using this material has allowed reducing the engine weight by 70 grams. Also, it has conveyed an aggressive look and a definitely ??racing?? sound to the engine.
- new painting of castings, (carter and engine support): a paint specifically tested for engines, resistant to high temperatures has been used, offering greater protection and safety against the oxides caused by atmospheric agents.
- new cooling conveyor made of carbon fiber and a cylinder head, specifically redesigned to facilitate its installation on the engine.

The main added value of this new version is given by the clutch.
This integrated device significantly reduces vibrations at idle speed it increases safety during pre-flight routine (propeller at rest). The vibrations are almost imperceptible at all engine speeds, while the weight distribution and the size of the engine minimize the torque effect.
The other notable improvement has been achieved with the introduction of the new exhaust system, extremely quiet and performing at the same time. The entire engine has been designed to obtain the minimum noise emission, which is attenuated by the air box, the transmission belt, a special “Db-killer” silencer, and the choice of the best propellers.
The “soft starter system” (3S) is one of the new advantages. It is a manual start system that allows the engine to start,? both in flight and on the ground, with a single pull through the use of only one hand.
The Moster185 plus structure is basic and simple and it has a compact design. The total weight of the engine is 14.2 kg in the manual start version. The “plug & play” installation of the engine is quick and easy. The cooling of the thermal group is secured by propellers with dedicated profiles or conveyors specifically designed and tested.

Thanks to the Walbro diaphragm carburetor, the engine is not affected by bending in preparation for takeoff or during flight, and it maintains a constant idle speed.
