Ordered 2. One to replace the original Polini bulb that was split from end to end, and one for a spare. The bulb actually causes fuel vapors to form on the output during normal operation of the engine. This is most likely due the the pressure changes caused by the tiny orifice at the check valve. Doesn’t seem to affect engine performance, but is very concerning because it appears as if the fuel line is filling with normal air. I’ve verified NO LEAKS with a vacuum tester and I replaced all fuel line from the tank clunk filter all the way to the carburetor. Every hose connection has clamps that hold securely.

The jury is out if I will continue to use this bulb or just install a Tank pressure bulb on the tank vent while using a single continuous hose from the tank filter clunk directly to the carburetor.

I went through 3 primer bulbs before I checked this one out. Worked perfect and is much smaller than the original. Highly recommend.
